Looking at your pics your lights are not even in the pics so there is no chance of light burn.

Your plants look over heavily over fertilised. Ive got mates who use coco and the first signs of burnt tips they water with plain water.

Have you ever watered with plain water??

since your hand watering and it's hot u need to water once a day at least, with plenty of of flow through into your dishes coco choir and perlite dry out quick!

ph? Ec? Do you flush once per week? Water temp? Air flow and circulation.?I have found seasol is good to condition my plants for extreme conditions .

Remember plants in coco are watered multiple times a day in recirculating systems. If you want to water every second day consider terra and perlite.ive found it works well in hot, conditions.

It works well with hand watering and I've used several fertilisers and additives with it with good success.over the years.✌

.also get rid of peat on top ! U need to see your medium to monitor it! Also pick up pots daily too to monoitor weight.
