Time to start Flowering Nutes?

When would people recommend changing nutes when flowering begins? My girls have just started sprouting white hairs at the tops of the stems and at the calyxes. maybe half a dozen per top. But I did see a youtube vid that showed a plant two weeks into flowering with stacks of white hairs and he said that's when he changes nutes. Top pic is mine and the second two is from the video.

every one will do it slightly differently

I like to start p/k at a low rate about the beginning of flower

my reason being is that the plant needs extra p/k to make those buds big so I like to start it early
