So much frustration spider v persi

Recommended Posts

Yeah week four flip from lights... probably max 30mm popcorns throughout. Not very dense... I’ll try get a photo tomorrow.

I use one of those pump action 9litre sprayers.... the coverage seems okay. I go pretty liberal.

I’m at the point of thinking, with them not growing very well- what loss is there of heavy regular application?

How well do leaves recover from mite damage this far on in flower?

A vacuum cleaner!? I would suck the leaves right off I’m thinking if I did that?? Unfortunately I can’t really get to the back that well to visually inspect, but the sprayer gets in well.

I’ve just been sitting there squeezing the leaves hoping to kill? Does that do damage by the way.

..... yeh! Bugger Searles!!!!

Glad I got the canna mix the other day, the next one will be much better!

Yeah in flowering and spraying you risk mold. If you got a lot of air movement and it’s not super dense. You could try spray prior to lights coming on like 30mins before they may be able to dry out with out the chance of mold being able to occur or bud rot. However up to you if you wish to risk that that’s up to you.

I don't think there is enough bud now to get mould, so I will do another foliar spray before lights go on. I might also do a soil drench with neem... I think at this point I have to take the risk because the plant is going to be no good anyway?

I just gave her a decent defoliation. Baking the defoliated leaves in the oven to kill the buggers and have them not transfer anywhere.

I also vacuumed the plants too! haha- why not!

Do you know the flowering time in your plant? Looks like it may be a long one. I would say you would be fine to Foilar stay still as long as you have a good movement of air. I was doing sprays at lights out and then just before on. Just trying to make it undesirable to walk and breed on. I also believe he Neem will fuck with their reproduction however you have to keep it up to get any of the sneaky eggs that will mature.

Just also be careful about using the spray for your light and electricals. Especially at lights out you could blow it if cold water hits it

I have no idea- I found 3 seeds in a bag and one popped up, luckily it was a she! Hopefully it is longer- so I have some time to manage this issue and the finished (hopefully mitefree) product can be neem free!

I vegged this one for...- maybe 4 months from seed! So it has been a long process!

So you were spraying 2 x a day? How did it end up? Working? Almost all (big and small) leaves have some degree of mite damaged dots on them...

Yeah I would think it will be longer, yeah done 2x a day for the last week or so the last one was only before lights on as I think I will be pushing it soon. However I haven’t found any further mites or eggs. I’m hoping they are gone but In all honesty they are pretty strong, I can only say I have won once I get to harvest at full maturity. So all I got is hope at the moment haha. The leaves will never recover but still kee an eye on them for new marks or if any critters.
