Its not that bad, you get your good years, 1996,1998, 2006 - 2008, 2010

2020 should be the next good one, till then its grubs and mould, pests and disease

yet the majority of seasonal fruit & veg you consume is grown outdoors T

although lots of chems can be used in standard Ag which can explain being able to harvest produce 

but that doesn't explain biodynamic / organic grows which don't use chems 

 

not only that but how much are tomatoes per Kg = $2 to $4 , that has to cover everything from the smallest 

amendment used to the mortgage payment on the farm 

 

so how do those guys do it , when most likely spending anymore than 0.20c per Kg on a IPM plan is the max 

they'd be willing to spend & of cause would do it cheaper if they could when money is tight like that 

 

i def don't have all the answers but imho gotta work with nature with more than just one approach , adding to beneficial life 

& make sure to not take it away

they're making a mess of me buds, spraying won't help, might kill the fuckers, ya still got to clean up the mess they leave behind, they will go mouldy if you don't
