Hi billy i think grom memory i h ad to give a current email to join and when i signed up i used hubbies coz i didnt have one so a few days ago when i got a new phone and my own email i just thought id change the email to my own and thats why it i got cut off and had to make a new one

Yeah ok, but where in the setting or profile do you find the registered email ?

Ok here goes on my phone on the time line page if i look up to the left corner theres three white lines one on top of each other i tapped on that and it opens a new page that has GREENQUEEN with oz stoners underneath that also says home,settings and sign out on the same page,beside where it says GREENQUEEN theres a big white circle where i guess i could put a picture beside my user name,tap on that circle and a new page opens,in the right hand top corner theres three small white dots one on top of each other tap that and it gives you two options change password and update email and then i updated my email and that's what i did

Just noticed you are using the app.

 

I don't have it, but perhaps that's where the issue is ? Have you tried from a desktop or using the full version ?

Evening allotropy,thank you very much for the compliment it goes a long way, i think im a fairly patient and I've done everything can do from my end its just the waiting game now and hopefully oz will sort something out for me,cheers allotropy
