Exhaust fan is it essential?

You really need both an air cleaning/exhaust fan and an air movement fan for your grow environment.

I use a 150x500mm phresh filter and hyper 150mm fan and my Mars II 900w led produces more noise with its fans then my exhaust.

Edit: I have a 1.2x1.2x2M tent and my exhaust is currently off to try and heat up my tent a little.

Depends how technical u want to go man if u place one of these modern led lights in a standard bedroom it wont produce enough heat to over heat the room

 

That u need to control the humidity and also introduce co2

Doesn't get very hot in tent although it is still pretty cold here
