Going to need a clearer pic James, can't tell.  That one at the node lowest on the branch has a vague look of a ballsack, but could just be a deformed start of branch?  Can't make out any clarity amongst the early buds.  Definitely worth a close look, get in there with a magnifying glass and have a close inspection.

Can't really tell from pics like that, you need a good macro lens, a very steady hand, and good light to get a clear trich pic.  What you really need to do is get a minimum 30x, if not 60x, loupe (you can get them cheap on ebay) and get in for a good look.  And you need to inspect the trichs on the calyx's, not on the little bud leaves, to gauge maturity.  Depends on the buzz you need, 50/50 clear/cloudy for a cerebral high, through to minimum 70/30 cloudy/amber for a deeper body stone.  That's a rough guide, and indica/sativa dominance factors into that as well.

 

For my tastes I wouldn't even bother getting the loupe out yet, they've got a long way to go, with the added bonus of more filling out to do.  You need a shitload of patience to grow weed, especially when the stash is empty

I reckon a good idea for newer growers, when you think its ready, forget about it for a couple of weeks
