Blackstrap Molasses make sure it is un-sulphured.  It will tell you this on the label. Yes tea the tea you drink throw your old teabags into the watering pot and let soak also another good way to ensure your plant gets what it needs when your flushing or anytime for that matter. 

+1 for Molases to help with the misc elements it contains

been using backstrap for ages, can find it at Coles for about $4 for a jar should last near forever

Yep. Need a worm farm for worm tea. But you can buy worm castings online too I believe. Some of the best organic nutrients comes our of those little assholes. Blended with some good water, few table spoons of molasses and aerate for 24-48hrs and you have yourself an amazing totally natural tonic.

About 5ml (small spoonfull) per 2L

Mix molasses with small amount of water to ensure it is mixed completly before filling your watering container.

Personally I give molasses's most of the way through flowering, I use a desert spoon in 9l water

yes, use molasses in addition to your regular additives

 a mate came over with a bottle of boost a while bck..$99 cost em think they said....smells like mollasses to me,watered down at that..... ..

maybe its got a berroca thrown in for good measure.

 

definatley notice the difference using mollasses..i have anyways
