Question for those who have experience with the closed columns- what vacuum do you pull into the extractor prior to the butane fill?

Also how do you calculate the appropriate pressures? Ie. A 70g unit will take more butane I assume? Then the larger units like the 150g models.

Is there a mathematical equation you guys use to calculate appropriate levels of pressure and or amounts of butane?
