Nitrogen deficiency?

Recommended Posts

Went well for a week until yesterday I noticed this, spent the whole day out in the sun yesterday, came home and all six have brown new growth, flushed them with ph'd water but no change this morning. I'll give it another day and if they turn yellow I'll treat it as sulphur def yeh?

Here's one pic, they're all the exact same

These two are starting to get the brown spots aswell plus the lower leaves are curling pretty bad

Been feeding 1ml/L powerfeed and 2ml/L seasol ph'd to 6

Run off ph has been 6.5

I've got to the point of weighing the pots to avoid overwatering

Today was water day, no nutes, schedules been 3 feeds with nutes one without

I'm thinking the top two could do with some nutes and flush the rest

Advice?

This is the same plant from pics 4 and 5 from the above post, that's some substantial growth in the past 12 hours

Gave the top three plants same nute schedule as mentioned before, flushed the bottom three

Pot size. While repotting the bottom three with added perlite to help with drainage I damaged the roots a bit which stunted their growth, so the next week when I repotted the top three I went with bigger pots so I didn't mess with theirs.

Watering. Like I said I'm weighing the pots, with the top three they get 1.5L with about 20% runoff so once they're a kilo lighter I feed, about four days. The bottom three in smaller pots take .5L with 20% runoff so I feed when they're about 200g lighter, every two days.

Definately choose an alternative medium next year but I'll have to struggle through te mistakes I've made so far, I'll give them an extra 2 days between feeds and see how we go

Thanks guys
