For a first attempt you did alright, hardly anyone gets everything right straight up.  I'll let others comment about specific nutrient issues, but I would tend to believe cyclops on this one.  Only thought I have is are you using canna coco, or just normal canna?  Canna Coco should be fine right through the grow (adding PK 13/14 part way through flowering is good), but I believe normal canna nutes come in different lots for grow and bloom, and if you used grow nutes right through that would explain the problem.  Hope you enjoy your first home grown.
