Hey Niall, can you give us a close up of the insert? Is it just a bowl that you heat from the outside with a lighter? Is it hard to control the temp so as not to burn it?

Unfortunately I don't have a digicam myself, otherwise I'd take detailed shots. It's just like a vapour pipe - you put your herb inside the bowl and heat it externally with a regular lighter (NOT a butane lighter, you want a regular, yellow flame lighter). Hope that helps!

 

I've never used mine but they'd be perfect for oil.
