yeah FLOWER I think its a lot smoother. cause if you do it right you're not burning the weed, just heating it. although almost every time I get a little burning at the end.

Yeah, I've got one of those, I think I posted something about it a while back. Mine is a bit harder to set up in my bong, as it's a bonza stem and the grommets only just fit, but a bit of plumbers threading tape fixes that.

 

They do work well, just loading the things is such a bitch.

I have been browsing this site for a while and thought I would register and make my first post a community service announcement.

That plumbers tape (teflon tape) is toxic shit when heated!!!

Sounds OK in your application Luke but keep it away from the hot bits!

Used to be a gag to stuff a little ball of it in a mates tailor made cigarette as it smokes like shit when burnt, but people have died from it. Right up there with a burning ping pong ball (smoke bomb) for nasty fumes.

mate , you should be able to get any size gromets u need from agung . also yeah not a bad idea putting a crack pipe into a bong . hey pipe you put a cone piece in your crack pipe aswell . Or just heat up the glass . ohhh and pipie did you get the idea from free wheelin .

Hey Niall, can you give us a close up of the insert? Is it just a bowl that you heat from the outside with a lighter? Is it hard to control the temp so as not to burn it?
