Can someone tell me if i'm just being paranoid ?

Turned my lights on for the first time on 2 little clones last Sunday, its been exactly a week and i think i might be over watering them, they just seem to be very heavy in the tips of the leaves ...

 

my watering cycle is set to 10 mins every 3 hours under constant 24 hour lights.... should i maybe go 3-4 mins every 2 hours or something ?

 

I've posted pics of the girls so if someone who knows what there looking at can give me some advice it would be great !
