i would say its nute burn too. excessive nutes will kill seedlings pretty quickly.

Baby's that young like high hum. But hate low temps. That leaf curling is from temp problems. You need to get your min temp up to about 22 at least for those babies. When there that young there not eating as much as you think from the soil but more from there leaves and the stored food in the seed. So low nuts is fine. Get heater in room when lights are off.
