This i s rubbish, no idea why Telsra or optus would do this,

But it does only seem to be for "Child Abuse" and it is only those ISP,

 

I hope this only works at a retail level for Telstra and not the Wholesale as most ISP end up on their infrastructure, Hope these two comapnies burn for voluntry censoring.

 

No serious shit happens on the normal webs it is all in private networks or anon networks.

 

 

Kudos to above post, if they have alist find the people who own the sites and bust em. Sounds too reasonable.
