Hey weekprik just a through i had another way u could keep ya tank warm if u gat get a heating strap for home brewing u warp it around the out side of it, it is set at 24c no thermostat but what u could di is set it up on a timer then it is just a matter of working out when to set the timer to come on and off when needed, weather this will work or not i dont know but i cant see y not, hope this helped a little ;)

 

p.s u can get the heating straps from a brew shop or u can go to kmart and get 1 the last time i was looking at the price was around the $30 mark

Nutrient heaters aren't needed at all.

 

But if you wanna use em set em at 20 cos they will stay at what you set it all night and then in the day the temps can only increase. Which will cause algae problems and stuff.

 

The only reasons your not having that problem is cos I know your an oxyclear user.

 

I use em for cloning only. mine recently fucked itself too though.
