Leaves curling upwards from the sides

Recommended Posts

yeah ok.. theres really not much of an issue ... those bottom leaves die off as the plant grows.. the rest looks very healthy.. a little pale.. but a repot should fix that right up..

the pot is pretty big.. i doubt it would be root bound.. the way those leaves are curling i think is probably due to the heat.. and maybe not enough moisture in the medium.. its a thing plants.. a lot of plants do in dry times to slow transpiration.. so maybe give it some plain water.. the medium does look a little dry in that pic... add a little seasol or nitrosol.. or even worm juice.. not a lot.. 100m to 10l.. that will give them a little boost...

all in all she looks quite happy... pluck those damaged leaves off... dont be afraid to prune a few leaves here and there.. as the plant grows they tend to drop those leaves anyway.. fan leaves.. where a leaf meets where theres 2 branches growing can be trimmed out to help aerate the plant and promote growth... altho trimming leaves isnt the common thing.. in veg it should be fine..

Hi reddevil6,

Be patient .......... definitely save and purchase a quality compost (>$14 a bag)......... You will shit all over hijackers Irie_Redman's

As for using hydro nutrients in compost lol not ideal.

Drainage is your main issue along with poor compost. Replace it and continue @ full strength nutes

Good luck reddevil

Hope your plants go to the dogs Irie_Redman's

;)

Nitty.
