yeah I think there's mould there.  I never cleaned the cabinet from my previous crop which had mould.  Pretty silly huh?  but thats the way it goes.

yep :D

But you think it's got mold? I can't really say I see any there, but if there is you want to drop humitidy as much as possible, and you might even consider cutting off all the affected parts...

I don't think there is either, but I'm not sure cutting it off would help much. Because mold is a fungus, it is spread via spores. So as soon as you shake it around a little, you'll probably find it'll spread anyway, unless you cut the humidity out as luke says. It's a prick (mould)

Nice heads, but. Nothing wrong with em', you always get yellowing leaves towards the end (I found).

Chev :D

I just put my plant into its final 48 hour dark period yesterday. Its got a lot of yellow leaves. Are these OK to use in cannabutter or hash bags? I've always discarded yellow leaves in the past because they just didn't look healthy, but this time I've got so much of them I'm thinking about using them.

I am not sure Pipe, depends on the leaves, are they are all yellow and dried up? Probably not..... I probably would rather use it for making hash, not sure about cooking, if they don't look healthy, almost sick looking, do you want to eat it? Sometimes when I make a big batch of cannabutter, lets say I have a 1/2 LB of leave, there's always few small handful of yellow leaves, but they looked healthy and OK, just the normal yellowing processing of the plants, but I am not sure about after looking at your last updated pictures, maybe if you could give me more detail about the leaves.. they yellow and dried up almost crispy? got moulds/sick looking marks on it? etc etc? Or still fine, just yellow?

Ok I've harvested, and have trimmed up about half the buds so far. Will post some pics later when I've got time, I just wanted to put one up now to see if you guys thought these buds look mouldy? The fan leaves that yellowed have kinda gone brown, and the bud leaves have a purple tinge to them.

umm big nute problems happening there mate,

Purple is usually either nute deficiency, strain dependant or they have been grown too cold,

its hard to see from that pic but I reakon I would use it for cooking or oil making but I wouldnt smoke it, unless u use a vape.

but give us some more pics mate.

looks like purple buds from the temps, I'd smoke em for sure. Just manicure em and they'll be fine. look pretty frosty. Just get em all off the stems quickly, don't hang em as branches but singley as buds off the stem and watch em close.

How does your yield compare this time around?

As for leaf, I dunno, mine goes in the bin usually. But yellow dead leaf with necrosis is fine to smoke i'd imagine, its just dried on the plant instead of off the plant. I'd imagine the vegetative material would still stay at the same size and the hash bags would work normally. Mould spores could get into your hash, but i dont think you have a mould problem myself. Just nutrient probs and maybe a bit of root boundedness.
