yer i agree, i smoke 50g pouch of white ox a week, n when gave up smoke cones instead cause i never smoked many ciggies while stoned anyways.....big part is if ya a drinker...ciggies n piss go together like sun n sand

When I tried to quit smoking cigs I found I ended up replacing it with green, which is fine unless you have a pack a day habit, it's not good being that stoned by 2 in the arvo

I found the nicotine replacements like gum and lozenges worked well for me.

 

haha i loved being stoned at any time of the day

havnt had a cig in 30 hours couldnt sleep and dont have weed yet this sucks

Im actually trying to quit ciggies now, I find as long as I have something to smoke instead of lighting a ciggie, im fine... its when im dry or out in public that I've been slipping up. Someone suggested to me trying a newish quitting medication called champix, apparently works on the nicotine receptors instead of just weening you off... good luck!
