outdoor harvesting/curing

i have like 15 plants.

i expect to get over 20 pounds.

i need to dry them outside because my girlfriend can't know.

i live in a pretty rural area. like 200 private acres.

i'm thinking about stringing them up in a tent.

i have a small propane burner for heat and it displaces alot of air.

do i need the heat or will the wind do the job for me?

if i put paper bags in there with them do you think that will help absorb the moisture in the tent.

should i put the rain fly on to retain heat or should i leave it off for more ventilation?

i've heard of just putting them in paper bags but i'm scared of them molding.

 

any suggestions would be a big help.
