Manual Hand Augers

Recommended Posts

Hand powered auger sounds dogey. I think it would be hard work digging a decent hole to accomodate root growth by a decent sized plant. Unless ofcourse your growing autoflowering strains. I own a petrol auger with a few different sized drill bits.. it cuts through the ground like a hot knife cuts through butter. The downside is that it's noisy and heavy to carry around. But it sure makes good work of an otherwise strenous hole digging activity.

A good strong pitch fork and post hole shovel are the go shroomy ;) (dodge that horse-piss in the corona bottle though ;) )

A crowbar can be pretty loud, if that's an issue. And they're way too fucking heavy to be worth lugging into your plot imo ..heaps heavier than a small esky :peace:

Something shorter (like a pinch bar) can be handy if you need to lever big rocks out.

It's definitely the season for digging ;)
