g'day; i dont know how exactly dangerous colchicine is, i heard about it around 20 years ago, apparently it was being used in USA to increase size and yields, lots of kids died from smoking the colchicined buds they bought off street.

do thorough search about it before using it, it is not worth the risk imo.

I agree, if you want a higher yield put an extra plant in, if you haven't got the room then you can't afford the extra space the polyploid(s) would take up.
