I will assume you meant 1,500 cm high (5'), if you are planning on moving compact fluoro's may be the way to go as they will not require the amount of setting up that a HID light will in the area of temperature control in a small area (unless you already have the HID), Other growers here have been using cupboards and have found the need for items like air cooled hoods and such, If you do use a HID they will be able to give you loads of competent and experienced help, check out pipeman's and Putards first grow topics too.

i was about to post... i don't have my figures here but i'm not sure if theres quite 15,000mm in 60 inches
