Please help me save my girls

Tonight I took a sneak peak and to my surprise they where lush green again and looking pretty. I have decided to pull them back next Sunday afternoon.

 

I will flush her for 2hours with tap water i pored into a 30ltr bucket and set aside for a few days to evaporate chlorine etc.
