On the Green Dragon thang, I'd suggest that heating the bud & booze probably isn't necessary. Cannabis resin is highly soluble in ethanol. I clean my bong with methylated spirit, which is 95% EtOH, removes resin in nothing flat with no heating. I bet soaking the buds and agitating them in the Everclear would be plenty to get all the resin off them.

 

Sounds TOTALLY horrible to drink, tho. Cannabis is a lot of things but yummy tasting ain't one of them.
