My smash had 4 football(AFL) sized heads on it in the end only...It had red hairs.....So what do you think the red hairs throw back was from??? ,The afgany side or the bubblegun side of the cross ??????

 

any reports on how the smoke was ?

a friend of mine in adelaide used to grow a strain of what they called RED DEVIL, it was red hairy and had buds the size of 2 litre coke bottles maybe you have happened upon this strain i am thinking.

 

Red Devil is I think about 75% Afghan 25% Super Skunk so I guess the red hairs probably come from the afghan side

yep.. Red Devil.. and Skunk1 both have really red hairs...

Hey Logger. I grew some smash this year so i know what your sayin. . They had huge buds all over em. I had a couple in good light, and 4 in less, but enough light. the two in full light were almost finished by the time the other 4 were just starting to head. so i got 2 before the rippers got the others. very early finish in good light. good smoke but not killer buds as was claimed by xpat. same thing here with the red hairs.

What matters to me is the fact that they will finish heading before the choppers hit if grown in full light.

i'll be doin them again next season, i got the seeds ready to grow. I tipped the fuck out of a couple as an experiment, but i think i won't do it next time, cos they did'nt yield much better than the others and it made em top heavy.....cheers m8...b.b...
