eww mixies suck! they make my head spin and my stomach churn. my friends all hit the mix through a bong but i was the black sheep of the group always just puffin on that nugg in a pipe!

 

ive never actually heard from anyone whos used a vaporizer before, only read marketing propaganda and such.. are they worth it?

The trouble with joynts is you waste a lot of weed with it idly burning while you're not toking. Hence why I rarely roll one up.

 

Actually this isn't quite true.

 

Like cigarettes, the active ingredients are vapourised by the hot stream of smoke. Once a joint is lit, the hot smoke created at the tip is drawn through the rest of your cannabis and progressively vapourises the actives further up the shaft. What's burning is for the most part just plant matter - it's already been vapourised and has significantly reduced actives in it.

 

As long as you're not sitting there letting it burn away you're not losing that much at all. And most probably the more simple cannabinoids like CBD/CBN rather than THC/THCA as they seem to require a higher temperature to vapourise.

Not to mention I don't know too many peeps who leave a joint to burn down for any length of time! Least where I'm from anyway....
