you wont need to slicone any thing.. just wedge the insulation in the hole to seal it.. will be fine...

 

if youve got a 250 inline fan .. that will be heaps... for the exhuast...

 

you dont need intake fans really.. as the air being sucked out will draw air through the lower holes... an intake fan just helps stir the air around.. becuase youre in a limited box.. an oscalation fan can be pain the ass... so having an intake fan just eliminates the need for an oscaliating fan... doesnt mean you cant put one in there as it will be even better...

and at the back theres a few hook holes that let light out

im better off without any ducting on the inlet fans hey??

it seems 1 is pullin real hard so it should flow better without ductin

i got 3 meters of it off the ends of both inline inlet fans

is it a nececity or go without it

i can add 1 mtr wen flower comes so no light gets in

you'll need to leave the ducting on the fans as light will enter your grow chamber thru the fans just extend the ducting to its max lenght put a bend or two in it than chop off any excess
