I have flowered under 6 20w warm white CFL's without any dramas.

on my first run i had one Skunk#1 and put it under 12/12 when it was about 6in tall it ended up about 2 foot

and yeilded 1/2 ounce of loose but strong buds. I probobly harvested a little early as the hairs hadnt gone brown yet. seed to harvest in 6 weeks. this setup cost me about $50 + seeds
