Help needed: Cannot keep my temp down - an 18+ month fight (pics)

My box is about the same size as yours,

I run a standard 400w hps and had heat issues at the start

I got an axial fan 150 mm (90L per minute )off ebay for $40 and it fixed the problem, I just checked ebay, looks like the guy isnt selling them any more

The fan is a bit loud but Thats not a problem where I am.

All of the above plus reduce the temp of your shed thru the day (the plant's new night) as 25C is too hot for 'lights off'.

 

It looks like a little shed, so can u rig some shadecloth over it, or move it under a tree etc?

 

Use the night cycle as your plants daytime cycle, MJ needs a temperature difference of 10 degrees from night cycle to day cycle to get maximum benefit of grow cycle etc.

 

I had an online rip with an experienced grower in the UK about that one, who reckoned a constant 25C (day and night) was the best!!.

 

didnt make sense to me, as the importance of the cycles is well known...)

all u need is the night temps lower than the day temps doesnt matter if light on temps are 30 light off is 25 one of the members here was running a A/C in his grow room 24/0 with steady 28c temps round the clock Mr Chomsky how did fixing up the chamber go? we aint heard anything back from ya yet Edited September 26, 2006 by Gazza2001au
