the cheapest and easiest hydro i have done is a simple hand watered garden using coco mixed with perlite for the medium....great results every time and it has alot less problems than soil

Couple of questions for you chron,

 

what ratio of coco/perlite did u use?

How often did you water it?

What did you water it with?

What intensity light? (HPS i presume)

How many plants and what size area?

Did u have any ventilation?

How did the plants drain?

How long until you started flowering?

 

OK maybe more than a couple of questions...

Ive found this is the best way to learn though

I can recommend Coco. The nutes yu need are coco specific nutes. Canna maqke some 2 part mixes.
