COLLOIDAL SILVER

Recommended Posts

Looks like it is meant to do everything.

I think it is just one of these fad medical breakthroughs that pop up from time to time

then some guy finds a new discovery that originally came out in the 20's repackages it and makes a million.

Just my two cents though. :peace:

STS causes male flowers to come out of female plants.

The Colloidal silver myth says if you soak seeds in it they'll come out female.

STS = real science.

Colloidal silver = Ripleys "Believe it or not".

Colloidal Silver is to make pollen sacks allso.

Wow, hadn't heard that one before - dunno then :peace:

I still remain dubious, however Gibberlic Acid was commonly used a few years ago for the same purpose - give it a try and let us know if it works.

now i know i needa dictionary or to smoke less ::peace::

... what's STS and ::peace:: how does it = real science ... can think of lots of other things it could = Stoner Testing System, Special Transvestite Sex, Super Thai Seed .... Seaside Turd Spotters, Sydney Trippers Spot .... I could go on lol

apart from that, Tom has posted several times that ya can't change a seeds genetic coding .. its all locked in the seed .. its gonna be a boy or a girl and thats not possible to change with any substance??

I agree that there is NO way to alter the genetics of the plant.

Hopwever you can repress certian characistics of it. Eg- LaFemme is a chemical that represses male flowers.

It hasnt made it a female it has simply stopped male flowers forming on a hermi plant.

Silver has been used for health for along time, Ive also used it in grows as it keeps the H202 active once the particles it has eaten have been used up.

True, but you can provoke a hermie response by using chemicals - i.e. STS etc.

I've never heard of anything that can change the sex of a seed after it has been conceived.
