Hey i found this pic on the net.. Is it possible to grow weed in this type of system? I my self am currently growing in soil under a 600w hps but am really wanting to move up to a hydro set-up but a easy one to start with. And this system looks real easy to construct for a beginner indoor grower.. The question is would it work though? If anyone has any ideas on how to improve this system so it could work for weed feel free to throw in your thought's :-)

Hello all, I'm back but this year I am also doin a hydro run as well as an outdoor run Now, my cupboard is all nicely set up and when I start this grow I will do a diary, but i need help with two things... - I'm goin to grow in a recirc satelite system (I think that's the type) And will be growing in 60/40 perlite and vermie.. I need to know how often to run the pump for feedin. - secondly, I'm runnin a 600w san-T light and have a 200mm extraction fan, do I need an inlet or will checking them daily be enough air? Hey all Just an update for anyone in Melbourne... Brew N Grow near the corner of Warrigal Rd and Centre Rd in Oakleigh South is now closed. No mention of why they closed down, just that the premises is now for lease and there are no signs indicating they have moved elsewhere. Hi all, I’ve been pondering pot sizes for some time now and wanted to start a thread to get everyone’s different experiences. Currently in a 1.2x1.2x2 grow lab Medium : Canna Coco 40% perlite Nuts: Canna coco A&B Lamp: 600 w HPS X 2 in cool tubes pot sizes : 4 X 28L Instead of 4 x 28L pots, what about 2 X 50L pots? Would 2 X 28L pots be sufficient for 2 plants in a 1.2x1.2x2?

Anyone using Mycorrhizal root conditioners & Microbial nutrient additives in systems highly aerated such as bubbleponics/deepflow.... just wondering about the absence of hydrogen peroxide etc & adding organic based enzymes into these systems causes any problems or cuts short the tank life of the zymes etc..... I realise these systems are hard to perfect with organic nutes(but these are not nutes) finding it hard to get unbias info from anyone other than suppliers etc..... Of course I will find out for myself but a heads up warning approach to problems is always good.......

Hi all! I'm on the verge of starting my next grow and I'll be using the Canna Aqua line this time around. I was wondering wether I will need to use a cal+mag supplement in my standalone DWC? With my last DWC grow I ran into a deficency and used some epsom salts in my resivour, wich cleared up the problem. However, I would prefer to use something more suited to DWC growing like Botanicare cal+mag, which is unfortunatly not available here in Australia. Glandorehydro.com has a Bloom Cal+Mag addative which may be an option. According to the Canna Aqua bottle, the nutrient already has magnesium, coupled with my standard tap water being 30PPM will I even need a cal+mag s…

I want to have a small hydro setup just for 1 or 2 plants max 3 and i was planning to have it in a pretty small space probably about 1.5m tall and 1.5m wide. And I need to know: 1. What's the best light cycle to have, how many hours should the light be on a day? 2. What's the best light I can use, I would prefer to use the one that uses less power but if that increases cost to much I wont bother? 3.
