Cannabis Grow Rooms

Hi, I have to buy a light for my ladies today or 2moro, or very soon anyway. I sprouted them in a glass of frequently changed spring water, and have started them in small rockwool blocks. Some of them have started rooting, and today have started to open out their first set of jagged leaves. Theres two 'sets' on the plant at the moment, so they are still small.. From being sprouted to this stage has taken nearly one week now. But I do notice growth when I go to sleep and wake up, or go out and come back. I water them with lukewarm room temp water, with no chemicals. I have no bud to smoke and just moved to this area, and arent the type to walk around train stations asking …

How vital is a GREAT shade for a grow I mean obiously it helps but some of them are priced pretty ridiculusly overpriced so I was wondering how much difference it's really gonna make in the end ? What shades do you guys use ? and has anyone tried making their own from sheet metal ? thanx in advnace peoples I had an adjusta shade and thought uit wsa great but now I'm lokng to replace it and they are a bit steep

Hi All, My plants have stretched 300% so I had to move them out of the wardrobe and into the middle of the room . Would ventilation be required if the plants were in the middle of a room with an open window and an oscillating fan blowing 24/7 ? Apart from the stretch the plants are looking excellent, only 5 more weeks to go Cheers dwyndorf

I was wondering if anyone else is using one of these or has used one I will be using it for cooling purposes not humidity I figured that it could help me to regulate the temp of the room and solve posible heating issues I may encounter growing in a cuboard any ways there is a pic of one bellow if your not sure what I'm talking about

ok well I am trying to get a bit more of a grasp as to how the lighting in a grow room works and is distributed. the bottom line question I have is what happens if you have multiple lights as far as distrabution goes I understand about the maximum coverage area but thats not really a problem I have what I want to do is put two lights in an area that "could" just be covered buy a single light . for the purposes of this post lets just say I was using 1 400w light and one 600watt light positioned how they are in the attached diagram, now would the four plants in the diagram all benifit from having combined light or would I just get uneven growth according the the pl…

wondering what people recomend and use themselfs I am currently in the first week of veg using 19/5 but I was thinking of making it's days a little longer to firstly give the plants more light in a day and secondly I am hoping this could mean I could flower with a 13 or even 14 hour day giving them the longest light period I can without keeping them in veg <~~~ would that work ?

Hey ya , A freind has given me an 8 watt Ultraviolet lamp ,Manufactured by Australian Ultra Violet Services (Operations) PTY LTD Model Deodouriser Prim volts 240 Prim Amps 0.17 8 Watts .it is about 30cm long Ihave been told it will keep a whole Grow Room Oduor free ,origionaly they are for sanatising and deodourising public toilets etc , Do any members have any information etc ,I would like to Know also will post as to if it works , Ive noticed it does seem to drop odours ,Suprisingly, also there is a slight Ozone type smell while lamp is operating .
