Cannabis can be propagated by taking cuttings, but eventually the vigour of the strain will diminish over successive generations; taking clones from clones over and over often results in weaker and lower yielding plants. The strain loses it’s full genetic expression over time when cloned repeatedly. What is the mechanism that causes this? Recently “autoflowering” strains of cannabis have been introduced that have lost their photoperiodicity, and start blooming after a short period of growth, regardless of the day length. This radical change in phenotype from the normal genetic expression for cannabis is very useful, but what is at play inside the cell that we are manipu…

Hi all, I'm new to this so I'll keep things brief. I've got a shit cunt of a medical condition which I have tried to control with many different drugs prescribed by the doctor. None of them have worked and instead have made the condition worse. Weed works great but when you use the same strain over and over it begins to lose its effectiveness. Currently I'm using regular street stuff (if that's what you call it?) but it is not really doing anything anymore. So how do I go about trying other strains? Growing my own stuff isn't possible. Getting access to medical weed won't be available for another 10 months. Don't really know what to do. I live in Perth btw Post…

Hi guys, I was studying at school today and ran back to my car for a lunch time session. On my way back I came across a poster titled; DO YOU USE CANNABIS? After getting over my initial thoughts of "Shit, how do they know?" I went for a closer look. I didn't read all the info, but I think basically someone is doing some research into cannabis dependency down here and asking for survey participants. After I read a bit on the survey site I figured they prob aren't a "pro dope" study, but nevertheless I still gave them my thoughts. The questions are pretty slanted, but there is a fair opportunity to give some honest answers. Took me about 15 mins to complete Hopefull…

To get the best benefit from this miraculous plant, you should either eat it or take cannabis oil. Smoking also alters the plant molecules; when cannabis is heated and burned, it changes the chemical structure and acidity of the THC, which in turn negates its therapeutic value. The smoke from marijuana is…

http://livingtraditionally.com/read-youll-never-look-milk-way/ We are all well familiar with the slogan “Got Milk?”…. This marketing strategy has worked for years.
