Cannabis with a street value of $1.5 million has been seized by police following an operation into unlawful firearms and cannabis production in Queensland. Officers from multiple squads raided 31 locations in Wide Bay Burnett, South Burnett, North Burnett and Sunshine Coast during a three-day operation. Police found 570 cannabis plants, with a Curra property containing 325 plants north of Gympie. Officers also allegedly found LSD and mushrooms and a shortened shotgun at an address in Connondale.
