Hi all, Can some-one please tell me when the NSW Police service became the NSW Police force??.. I think all cops are part of the biggest armed gang in the world, and it's legal for them, but i don't remember the NSW coppers becoming a "force" (to be reckoned with do they mean ) ? it was always the NSW police service.. When did this happen and how did i miss that one?? Big difference between being called a service and a force

RAIDS across Adelaide have netted police guns, cash and thousands of drug deals. A 9mm semi-automatic pistol fitted with a silencer, a pistol that could be converted into a rifle, nearly 4000 street deals of methamphetamine worth up to $200,000, $30,000 in cash, capsicum spray and two tasers were seized in the raids at Norwood, Burton, Virginia and Pennington yesterday. Detective Inspector John De Candia said the arrested people were not bikies. "The quality of the drugs they were selling is very high so we are confident that it's at a sufficient level that would have an impact (on the groups operation),'' he said. "The investigation has been ongoing for a number o…

Irena Sendler There recently was a death of a 98 year-old lady named Irena. During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw Ghetto, as a Plumbing/Sewer specialist. She had an 'ulterior motive' ... She KNEW what the Nazi's plans were for the Jews, (being German.) Irena smuggled infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried and she carried in the back of her truck a burlap sack, (for larger kids..) She also had a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto. The soldiers of course wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.. During her time of d…

I read in the Herald Sun today that smart meters have been put in houses in the following suburbs in Vic. Preston, old housing commission area, lots of indoors. Broadmeadows, same as Preston. And one of the biggest burbs for drugs in Vic. Sunshine, mean shit happens out there, seriously bad area, lots of electricity stolen in Sunshine. The cost of the meters goes on the bill, an extra $238. I would/will refuse to pay for a new meter.

just read this thought id best post it here i knowits for ablog bu tim sure the stats are correct http://blog.mpp.org/prohibition/netherlands-to-close-prisons-not-enough-criminals/05262009/ For years prohibitionists, including our own Drug Enforcement Administration, have claimed — falsely — that the tolerant marijuana policies of the Netherlands have made that nation a nest of crime and drug abuse. They may have trouble wrapping their little brains around this: The Dutch government is getting ready to close eight prisons because they don’t have enough criminals to fill them. Officials attribute the shortage of prisoners to a declining crime rate. Just for f…

PARIS | Wed Aug 18, 2010 12:54pm EDT PARIS (Reuters) - French police have arrested two teenage girls they say stole hundreds of euros from unsuspecting cash machine customers after distracting them by flashing their breasts. The 14-year old girls were taken to the Paris prosecutor's office to face charges while a 12 year-old accomplice was placed in a home, police said. The girls first struck last week when they approached a man withdrawing cash from an automated teller machine (ATM) in the sixth district of Paris. One of the girls tried to distract him by sticking a newspaper under his nose. When that failed, she opened her shirt and grabbed his crotch, while the…

cant seem to be finding a link to a site containing the writing.. so im going to type it up reading it off the newspaper.. LSD could be used to lift depression and treat cancer, doctors claimed today. Magic mushrooms and ketamine, a horse tranquiliser turned "party drug", could also feature in the 'psychedelic psychotherapy' cabinet. Swiss experts said advances in our understanding of the brain and of the drugs themselves made it time to look past their negative effects and investigate how they could benefit people with hard-to-treat conditions. The drugs could be used as a kind of catalyst, the University of Zurich researchers said, helping patients to alter th…
