MEDICINAL CANNABIS WARNING / DISCLAIMER
There is no pharmacological free lunch in cannabis or any drug. Negative reactions can result. A small percentage of people have negative or allergic reactions to marijuana. Heart patients could have problems, even though cannabis generally relieves stress, dilates the arteries, and in general lowers the diastolic pressure. A small percentage of people get especially high heart rates and anxieties with cannabis. These persons should not use it. Some bronchial asthma sufferers benefit from cannabis; however, for others it may serve as an additional irritant.

Cannabis use with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD)
Hi All, Just a question to anyone with a CHD; Do you think that Cannabis may pose a risk at all? Have heard that it may do due to the stimulating effects the heart. I find this very hard to believe though, sure there may be some conditions that it would not be recommended to indulge in, but I imagine it would be relatively safe. Thanks all for your experiences and opinions

The therapeutic potential of the wonders of cannabis - Current scienti
Historically it was suggested that cannabis caused hysteria/psychosis. DA (dopamine) sensitivities were the likely cause due to a merely statistical correlation of cannabis and psychosis. Correlation doesnt suggest causation though! Current scientific research from cambridge has discredited this entirely, having found nothing to suggest this is the case. What is most informative is the current research that identifies the purpose of the cb1 and cb2 receptor sites in the body. It has been discovered that if it wasnt for endogenous cannabinoids that plug into these receptor-sites in breast milk during post and pre-natal development the foetus/baby would not develop as it …

Diabetes - and Cannabis, my experience
A few short months ago I decided to start growing MJ for my personal health needs.. You see i have a brain tumour, it is slow growing but causes occasional seizures. I also have some anxiety issues and insomnia. In short i was not good. I planted white widow, a k47 , lowryder. Since I harvested and started medicating, my life has totally turned around. First thing I noticed was that i slept a full night for the first time in years. My anxiety was significantly reduced and I just felt healthier. But the big shock was to come...you see as a hyperglycaemic type 2 diabetic who has been taking 80 units of insulin a day, I swear that I have only got my blood sugar levels to …

OIL (Simpson style) seems very popular. I am not brave enough to cook this. All the 'cures' or 'relievers' seem to be focused on this oil. SURELY there must be better/similar ways to consume?? My breathlessness is becoming annoying and I am startin' to loose my sense of humour...

Cannabis oil colon cancer

My story is that I was diagnosed with colon cancer 5 years ago had chemo and radiation therapy for 3 months with my tumour shrinking back to almost nothing but instead of giving me another round of chemo the doctors told me no and wanted to cut me up and put me on a colostomy bag which I don't want as I had a friend do through the same and ended up in a lot of pain and died within a few months. So I changed my diet and started taking a lot of herbal suppleme…
