I have a strange thing going on, I cant think of what to do or how it happens. But Twice I had put rooted clones that were in rockwool in to soil, Both times the plants have stopped growing and are kind going bonzai. This time it has done it with a seedling??? I raised the seed in a cube and then transplanted to my others seedlings. Is rockwool not compatible with soil or whats the deal?? I have always used rockwool with clayballs or perlite without it doing this??

Hey, my poor plant is looking rather down and i am not sure why and how to fix it (if possible). problem: lower leaves are losing their colour, turning yellow and wilting, my question, is this due to: a) Natural wilting of lower leaves (i've heard that the bottom leaves can just drop off with no problem i think) A lack of secondar nutrients (maybe iron, magnesium or manganese) c) Root problem, as you can see the plant has outgrown it's pot and roots are growing out the bottom. I would prefer not to transfer plant to bigger pot yet as i plan to cut out the bottom of pot and whack in ground in a few weeks and just want a healthy plant to survive the transplant. …

I have been flowering for about a week.... and almost that entire time my plant has been hell droopy.... look at these pics First day of flower: Today: I recently had to change my watering schedule to every 2 days instead of every 3 cause she seemed to be drying out much quicker. Also she has been under a bit of stress - after flowering for a few days I accidently left my light timer on alwayus on for 2 days. She's now had two full sets of 12 hour darkness so hopefully back well into flower... could that kind of light stress cause the plant to look so droopy? today I gave her a massive flush, then a feed with some nutes and h2o2, about 10 hours before the phot…

does anyone know why rockwool cubes turn green when they are wet and have been placed in light? my bet would be an algea or fungal growth but none the less, it looks bad and cannot be really that great for plants :thumbdown also, once its set in, is there any way to stop it growing or even better, kill it off? and if u keep the cubes out of light, will the green shit still appear ??? i have seen many clones with that kind of shitty looking cubes and dont want to take my cuttings and have that happen to them is all...

What can you tell about a plant from the smell of the buds? Every time I open my closet it smells like I've got some choc mint buds in there! I don't know if this is the organic fert I'm using , which smells a bit manure-ish, but it just made me wonder about what you can teel from smelling a plants buds ( citral , salty , chemically or what have you).

ok well as u probably already know, im growing white whino under a 400watt son-t agro hps light in a wardrobe using hydro coco as my medium, am also using aushydroplus's coco bloom for nutes as well as a drop of super thive and 1mL of mega bud plus a week...am following the directions on the bottles and keeping the pH of the water (after nutes are dissolved) at around 5.5-6.0...some days its higher than others but the pH tester always looks like piss when im testing so i know its in the right ball park if u need more info, have a look at my grow diary, Wandrachronic's White Whrino Grow can either click that or the link in my sig. now as for my problem, well i was r…

OK, I am using an EBB and Flow system, the nutrients are changed and the plants are washed every two weeks, the nutrients being used are GH (Grow, Bloom, Micro), the plants look great in Veg but once they are 2 – 3 weeks in Flower they begin to turn yellow (the tops first) with the veins staying green. The tips are pointed down with a little burn at the tip and once the leaf begins to die the tips turn up. The nutrient strength is as the manufacturer recommends (1200 – 1400 PPM / American System) the temp in the room is 70 or so and the water temp is the same. They feed for 15 min. every 4 hours only in the light period. I think it is an Iron or Magnesium deficiency…
