There's been some discussion in Hashy's diary re the storage of seeds with dessicants and I did not want to hijack his thread so sharing this here... I was concerned because I have silica dessicants in with my seeds. I found this info on the seedsman site http://www.seedsman.com/en/seed-storage ... Howdy all, Sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forums I didn't know where else to put it. This is more for the breeders on the site or anyone with good information on breeding. So I just got my next lot of beans and am starting the planning for my next grow and I was wondering if it's possible to hermie an Auto girl into self pollinating for some free fem seeds, or would it be better to use her to pollinate another, un-hermied, girl? I'm also curious what the rate of hermie to female seeds is from pollination of this kind and the best method of doing this is? The beans are Fem Autos Thanks guys

What would cause very harsh awful tasting bud? Yeuccck. Havent had anything this bad since I were a teenager! Not sure if I'm posting this in the correct forum. Would it be to do with the curing process/pesticides? It also made me feel like crap. The high eventually kicked in. But didn't do much for relaxation. Just another reason why I need to grow myself!

I've had two plants in the yard last season. One turned out to be a boy and was cut off, the other a girl which gave me lots of bud. After the harvest, I pulled both stumps out of the bed and planted corn in the bed. A few weeks ago, I noticed some weeds growing in the bed and went to pull them out, when I realised these were actually cannabis plants. I let them grow for a while and today I noticed that one of them started to grow balls, the other buds. Both are about 50-60cm tall and it looks like both plants are growing back from some leftover roots in the bed. I guess they are flowering because the days are still shorter than the nights and they're in "winter mode". …

Plant finally dried and chopped and got 171grams Pretty happy, it's my 2nd grow. Details 1.5 foot tall, probably the same if not more wide. Grown in soil (20% perlite) in 3 gal airpot Was a super lemon haze clone Vegged : 6 weeks Flowered : 65 days Nutrients : gt ionic bloom (did not use nutes in veg, only seasol) Additives : seasol, pk 13-14 through whole bloom, Gogo juice through last few weeks of bloom only because I only bought it then. Grow space : 85cm x 45cm x 180cm cabinet Lights : 2 x 400 wat Mars ii hydro (190 actual watt each) Ummm what else hahah, I'm so stoked haha smells so potent. Now how do I upload pic

Ok so as the title suggests need some info about how the plant grows into the soil and size of growing area. due to height restrictions in my cupboard I want to come up with a solution for the pot size. I suppose the main question is can I substitute depth with length? will the plants roots grow sideways if there isn't enough room to go down? because then I can make a scrog net nice and low without burning the tips. any ideas?

A random discovery I thought I would share Vege Twists #89 make THE best joint filters You can buy a years supply for a few dollars from the pasta section at the Cls or Wlwrts As of late I've been getting a bitter cardboard taste when using cardboard for filters, tastes like shit. I also dislike using cigarette filters for taking the goodness I want, plus the environmental factor/disposal So along come Vege Twists #89, a wheat, tomato and spinach filter keeps the world a better place, whilst giving me a clean and straight smoke I like it! Hi guys, First time indoor grower, long time forum lurker here. I'm roughly three weeks into an indoor tent grow, and have been a little disappointed with the growth of my two little ones. My whole set up has been lent to me, as well as a really in-depth bible, so it's a learning curve - just looking for some advice. So here's what I'm running: The tent is like 6x3. 25L pots The strain is delicious cotton candy. The soil is a mixture of mushroom compost, fertilizer, soil - as recommended by my local nursery. Hi, I been looking for Bruce Banner #3 seeds for a while, found a site http://1000seeds.info/wordpress/ that sells them at an ok price. However the whole sites is in German. Hi All, Just a thought I wanted to pass as I have found a few different answers. if your coco grow seems to need a cal\mag addition - could one use a small amount of liquid dolomite to give the additional cal\mag? something like... adding 5ml per liter to a normal feed and PH it down to 5.8?
