Whether used for hashish or marijuana the objective is the same: production and harvest of THC-rich trichomes (crystals). Yet often the cultivator loses sight of the real goal of growing this plant. Bud size, density, coloration, flavor and odor are all of little value if they do not produce the euphoric sensations we seek. Trichomes and resins Trichomes come in many shapes and sizes and are used by plants for many different purposes. Cannabis uses its trichomes for a variety of purposes, some of which require THC and other cannabinoids to be effective, and others that do not. The prim…

one of the most common reasons for ppl getting busted in Holland for growing (hehe,..yes, they bust ya here too) is becouse of smell leaking out the growroom! there's allways some one who's calling the cops,...even these sweet neigbours of yours, happenes a lot. Anywayzz,..there's an easy way to make sure there's no smell leaking out of your grow, or dry room (drying gives the most odeur/smell) here it is : first make sure your growroom is airtight. that's nearly impossible to do but try to secure the biggest airholes. when that's done what you need to do is make sure you have a more powerfull fan at the outletair of your growroom than on the inlet-fresh-air fan! wh…

i have a few plants outside and one of which would prove to be an excellent mother. i'm planning my hydro grow but only planning as single grow room, with seperate clone/seedling facilities. my question is would having an outdoor mother be as effective as an indoor mother to avoid seperate light cycles etc. the plant is nice fat and healthy and would love the full 18 hours of light a day i'm guessing. thoughts and suggestions ?

Hi all, I'm lookin at settin up a *small* time grow, say 2 plants tops, and am aiming at doing it hydro style. I'd like to be able to have one mature plant in veg, take a clone from that, flower the mature plant whist the clone is vegging, once clone is mature, take another clone and flower the mature plant (1st clone), rinse and repeat (make sense?). Have plenty of room, it's about 2x3m and about 7 foot high, I don't think that'll be an issue. But have some other questions I'm hopin u guys/gals can help with. 1st question, to satisfy my better half, i've decided to grow some other plants, veggies etc. As stated above, i wanna go hydro, i think i can get away with…

Hi guys, I have been looking at buy buying a quantumponics system for some time now - especially when a friend of mine keeps raving about it - but i thought i would check if anybody hear has had any experience with them. i have been looking at http://www.quantumponics.com.au and they have some pretty big claims. they don't have pictures of our kind of shit either and when i emailed them asking for info about marijuana they ignored it. but from what i've gathered it should do good. what do you think? Hoping you can help Dorothy

Hey all, Ive seen these aqua spike cone things where you stab them into the ground and put a bottle of water upside down ontop of it, the water leaks through the small holes in the cone under the surface... Do they work? Better alternatives? high_hoper
