was wondering how u come across rock hard buds, is it in the strain the nutes the drying ? a lil from colum a and a lil from colum b, bit of all 3 ? whats your thoughts on this situation :scratchin

Hi guys, just waiting on some seeds to put down my first ever grow, got a 400watt HID, got a couple of pots, got some coconut palm hydro medium stuff and some nutients for the water. i have no idea how long it takes these little puppies to grow up big and strong. the closet is about 6ft tall, and im wondering when i can expect them to head? and at what point do you know to change the lights from 16 - 8 to 12 - 12? thanks again,

Hey all , Does anyone using dutchmaster nutes know anything bout this. I use the original formula and ive just bought new a + b bottles of "flower". However when i got home and looked at the old bottles ive noticed the graphics on the label are slightly different and the NPK ratio`s are slightly different to the new one`s WTF !! The ratio`s on the bottles ive been using are ; Flower A = 2 : 4 : 7 Flower B = 2 : 4 : 7 The new bottles ; Flower A = 2 : 0 : 2 Flower B = 1 : 8 : 12 The only difference is in the nitrogen but im wondering if one of these sets are old stock…

how can you make seeds you bought develop into female plants i have an idea from a few places i read but am not sure if its true or there is no way 1. more alkaline based soil (acidic means more males) 2. more blue light in the spectrum if using lights 3. more nitrogen in the fertileser anyone please help me out

Hey all i have $220 at the moment and found a 400W SON-T-AGRO LOBAY Lighting Kit for $170 from Nutriflo Hydroponics and then buying a single cupboard (iv spoted some in the local LifeLine),I will be Growing in Perlite in a: 2 POT HYDRO-GULLY GARDEN Gully base Netted hydro pots I have C99 x Ak-47 & VerryBerry x White Rhino Seeds and i will need a few metres of mylar film or panda film Room Thermometer but im not quite sure what kind or how many fans to have in the cupboard can anyone help me out? i know iv left out things can you please point-out what else i might require? Hey Fellas, I'm a long time stoner, first time grower and have been doing extensive research before starting a setup. Anyway I read in a book that when feeding a plant not only are the roots absorbing nutrients and such, they are also dispelling certain toxins, which in a rec system are then being fed back to the plants? Is it worth worrying about or is the author being a tad perdantic? If weed is wrong god is a criminal.

Hey guys & galz, I finally gathered some green to get me well on my way but im still lost in the process, im planning to use a BUBBLER ( would it be possible to design a recirculating bubbler ? ) In straight clayballs ? i know this person which has a 'worm farm' and he has few diffrent species of worms and they make a concentrated juice which smells very strong, and is suppose to e filled with good nutrients,.. if any 1 has used worm juice, then what is a good concentration to use on the plants and how often and when to use it?
