I'm sure you've heard the rumors of being followed home by the police, i always thought they would have something better to do like actually catch criminals..... Today I went to a small little hydroponics store down a quiet street, didn't park directly outside the shop, just a few spaces down, went in had a chat to the very helpful and 100percent legit store owner on what system to use and settled on getting a 50 liter bag of coco and some nutrients. loaded up the car and headed 5 minutes down the road to the supermarket to get some supplies for lunch. pulled out onto the main street and headed home (yeah, i now realise i shouldn't of went straight home but regardless th…

Went to recalibrate my pH truncheon and found it won't lock onto the lower 4 value when calibrating Tried replacing the contact ring, although it wasn't badly discoloured yet and only a few months since it was changed out, but didn't work still? Brought some new battery's as the one's in it now are around 12 months old. Hope that fixes the problem. Will find out soon when the lights come back on...

Has anyone else tried CCrops Aminozym or Bud Boost? My mate is raving about it. Aminozym is a root and grow stimulator, that's used until the end of the second week of bloom. The Bud Boost is a bloom and resin stimulator that's used from the third week of bloom until crop is finished. The babies really took off on this stuff, and the yield and flavour was the best I've ever seen. The best thing is that it only cost him $55 bucks for a 1Litre bottle, and you only have to use 1ml to 1Litre of water, and its 100% organic. And its from Holland. Cheers

I know I'll sound like some old hippy, but is anyone growing in soil with totally organic nutes anymore? There used to be some legends on overgrow before the rapture, but what about here? I haven't really been on the forums for a long while, but it's the one thing that seems to have dropped off. Tom...are you still around? I had a feeling you might have been into it. Don't get me wrong, I love the bio setup, but having just gotten half way through a tomato grow in soil (Black Russians) and tasting them makes me wonder about doing an organic soil grow for old times sake. Or is that old timers sake? So if anyone's doing it, hows it going for ya? Cheers, and hi to the old t…

I have a question that i always think of and i dont know the answer to. When you harvest most people just cut the plant at the stem and kill it. If you just cut off the buds will the plants still survive. Becauase if the plant gets big ill just want to keep it put it in veg and flower it again

While watching t.v. i saw a cunninghams advert where that dude was screamin about stuff to buy, I saw the draws with wheels and BAM my mind slapped me updie the head with a wiked idea... Ya know how hard it is (it was last time) to lugg a huge pot inside and outside, well why not buy a large pot that will fit through doorways, and attach large rubber wheels on the bottem, this way you can just roll the plant over the door steps an out into the yard to bask in the sunshine an when the suns settin you can wheel her inside for dark time and she will warm if your bedroom is how sweet would that be to have your baby wid ya hehehe... well thats the begining of a …

I was out the back earlier doing some potted gardening. I found my 1/4 bag of year old potting mix and expanded my coco. I did a 50/50 mix of potting mix and coco, now the dirt hold water... While I was mixing, I found these grubby lil bastard in my potting mix... Anyone know that they are and why that are in my potting mix? Incidentally, I picked them out and threw them into the back yard. I hope the birds have a good feed on the lil sods! Cheers. ~M.

Where in the hell does everyone get this 'salt-free' soda water? I've looked everywhere for it and I can't find it (no Bi-Lo around my parts...) What should I be looking for in the ingredients? There are no brands that display SALT FREE on the label. Jimbo
