Hey growers, just a quick question about seedlings and clones, I have 2 energy saving compact fluoro's, both 100watt, one 6500k the other 2700k. will they be ok for raising clones and seedlings or too intense?? please give me some advice, i need it!!!

Well you know how the regular leaves on a plant generally only get 3-5 leafers... well one i was growing a while back had upto 13 individual points per leaf it was crazy... dows anyone know why this may have happened ? do certain strains produce more or less of what ?

So, been reading, and reading more, then i finished reading, and read some more. I want to grow, I have space, but indoor space is limited, im in the south and so it is winter now. I have a cupboard in my garage, which i have painted white, it is about 1.4m tall and about 0.8m wide and 0.4 deep. Currently my seed collection is as follows... Top 44 chronic....2 seeds random chronic...2 seeds Unknown blend....1 seed skunk no1 from sensi seeds...10 seeds swazi....60 seeds white widow...3 seeds So firstly, I have ordered 4 20W florescent tubes for the cupboard... I am very good at growing other things, have never seriously grown weed, only outdoor.... Any suggestio…

Hi Guys, I am about halfway through my first grow, growing 15 plants in pots of coco under a 600w HPS light in a grow tent. I was thinking about doing a more advanced Hydroponic setup for my next grow as it is very time consuming watering each of the buckets. I was thinking of building a ebb and flow system nut I wanted to get some advice about what everyone here thinks is the easiest hydroponic system to use and also what everyone believes is the best hydroponic system to use. Any advice would be great, also if someone could give me some advice on building a system or point me in the direction of a web page that would be fantastic

this is a question that's probably been asked before, i did a search but came up with nothing.. so, i want to see an opinion here of what the best growing technique is in terms of speed and yield? thinking logically it would go in order of slowest (soil) to hydro to fastest (aero). would i be accurate in saying this? i want to know, if people could set up any system they wanted within a 2 square metre grow room - what would it be?

Hey ppl i know its a little late to start cloning outdoors I know its even far stretch to sucsesfully clone out doors But shroomy has some spare time on his hands after he finishes work today and even this week end to put together a little thread at giving cloning a go outside... he will be using cogs method so basically the clones will be cut from the mother plant dipped in water and then dipped in rooting powder and then inserted into a peat pelet.. come to think of it i will do 5 this way and 5 with rooting gel just to see if it make and difference at all.... there will be no humidity dome... and will basiculy come down to the surival of the fitest... th…

hrmm , .. can anyone tell me what really is the diff between a coco specific nute , & say , an allrounder ?? Ive contacted GT by email a week ago, but the slack buggers havent bothered replying The thing is, Im using a 40%coco/60% perlite mix atm , but I reckon I'll go back to all perlite , & try a 'hempy bucket' style ., & Im just wanting to know if the nutes will be OK for use .. I wont just throw em out , but It'd be sweet if I could carry on using it , knowing that things will b OK Any help would b great
