Hi guys...Just bought an ec meter, and have some probs reading it..the meter that i bought reads up to 9999µS... this is the link on what i bought.. http://www.tdsmeter.com/products/ec3.html anyways, some people are saying that i should water them with .4ec of nutrients at 2 weeks, the question is how do i read this meter then? thanks in advance..

Hello everyone. I have grown 2 plants, both were bagseed from nice bud which wasnt what i would call seedy gear. Anyways had them on flower cycle 12/12 for about a week now and have noticed that one has started developing what i think are male flowers but as i am a first time grower i obviously want to seek some advice before i do something drastic.. I notice a lot of trouble from folks on this topic , particularly in australia, but there is a few guidelines you can follow. I have done this many times , and here is the criteria i use. firstly i will think carefully about what situation my grow will be , indoor , outdoor , a wet or dry climate , tropical , temperate etc . the next step is to do some research on what strains will suit my grow situation , most likely reading breeder or seed seller information to get a basic idea, thirdly dont just assume what the seller of the seed says about its potential ,, do more research , read a few grow reports and smoke reports from folks that have tried the strain you are …

ok i have the seeds and some lights box reflective foil all the things one would need. My first question is how long should the root be after germination how long does it take to sprout and what if it hasent sprouted in the first 5 days? this is the step i am on so any help with this or any other tips.
