Just a quick question (for now), am I crazy to be looking at picking up some $30+ seeds (each)? Marketing hyperbole etc aside, I've come across what sound to be really good seeds, just what I'm after and all that, but are they really going to be worth the extra coin over say seeds that are around the $10 mark? Somehow I can't post the link, but they are Sensi Seeds Northern lights #5 x Haze from Bonza, price is around $34. First question has been asked, but I also guess price per seed is only part of the equation, when you take into account soil, nutrients etc needed over the course of the lifecycle of the plant that extra $20 is minute, and if this strain yields only 3…

Hey guys and girls I need your opinions/experiences. Im currently planning my first ever grow and easily the hardest hurdle so far is what medium to use. I ended up buying a 70% premium coco 30% perlite mix but im not sure if the coco will hold enough water for a once a day watering or ill need to add a bit of vermiculite to up the water retention properties. hi guys and girls i need some help im still having trouble with my 4 pot dutch bato kit im only using 2 pots outa there 4 and not even running water / nutes threw the other 2 im not using. im trying to flush at ph 5.5 and comes out at 6 ph what does that mean? do i have to flush until i see 5.5 coming out or? lil help would be much appreciated cheers. ps last time i went to hydro shop i got a diffrent person who said it looks like ph outa wack so bought a new bluelab ph meter. also said the cube in the middile is getting to wet but not sure how when i have drippers as far as possible from the stems one plant is in a cube other is in a lil peat startern cube all resting i…

Hey guys! Just a quick question. I'm putting my baby's under a 600w hps today and im not 100% of how high the light has to be off the top of my seedlings. I heard the rule of thumb is that if you hold your hand under the light and it doesn't get too hot and burn it's right for your plants. Does that sound about right? Thanks Ganja

Hey guys and girls, long time no see! I'll get to updating my other grows that have been abandoned for a few months but have since finished with varying success. Before starting another diary that will likely end in doom... I started a DWC about 6 weeks ago but have been battling water temps since the start and that has brought all kinds of problems with ranging from clear slime, brown slime, urine smells and stunted growth that it all caused. I've been running my grow tent for about 4 weeks now, 18-6 light cycle. I get home from work last Friday and my neighbour starts asking me if i've been having trouble tuning into AM radio stations in the last 3-4 weeks... Obviously I put 2 and 2 together pretty quickly and realised it must be something to do with the grow room... Hi guys first time post. Need some help with some clones i got off a mate. Anyone no if its going to be possible to swing them back around to veg stage? Not sure what he has done with them but theyv been under 24hour light for about 5 days now and i see no change only the leaves are starting to die of. Clones have rooted to bottom of rock wool. Hey all, been looking at the grow room/tent and was considering a bit of an upgrade to the lighting. Thinking of putting 400w of digital lighting supplemented by leds. Kessil leds are what I am looking at procuring, but as they are an expensive unit, approx. $220 each, not many are willing to stock them. Has/is anyone out there using these leds, and are they up to all the hype I've been hearing about them. Do the spectrums they come in make as much of a difference as they would like us to believe?
