Here's my solution for about a dollar - Brash's Canna-coco cookiesA tasty little cookie half way between a shortbread and a macaroon 1 cup plain flour1 cup desiccated coconuthalf cup castor sugarteaspoon baking powderpinch salt 1 egg (approx 60g)100 grams cannabutter Preheat oven to 200 Sift flour and mix dry ingredients. Add egg and softened cannabutter and mix well with spoon, kneading with hands to achieve even dough. Using a spoon make into small balls and flatten slightly. On a baking tray, cook in batchs of approx a dozen in middle of oven for 15 minutes.
