Where to water?

My clones are finally under 600w… (their is an end in sight to my semi-perpetual dryness)

 

I’m using rock wool/coco (lack of $) should they be watered directly onto the rockwool or around it or?

Seems if I were to water directly on the rockwool the roots would become water logged.

Never water on the rockwool itself, it's asking for stemrot or potential problems of the fungal kind... and if you're using coco, I would suggest a handwatering regeime for the moment, or at the most a couple of minutes a day, or a couple at the beginning and end of the day.... Cocopeat holds a heck of a lot of moisture, so ensure you have excellent drainage available in your containers, the more the better.
