cloning

i have a question. i have a 4 week old plant. it has 4 sets of leaves on it when can i start to make clines from it. and most important how do i take a clone from it, do i snip off a leaf at the stem? then take it and put the stem part in the soil wtih the leaf part up in the air?

These should provide you with enough info to get you started.

 

Personally I take my clones from the top 3 lateral branches, I cut off the growth-tips down to the first node and use these as my clones. I find if you cut below the first node they take alot longer to root.
